“Celebrate freedom with free activities in Oberlin on June 17, 18, and 19. Juneteenth begins with a comedy night on Thursday. Friday events include an “Oberlin in 1860” trolley tour, children’s book launch, historic Westwood cemetery tour, community picnic, and the Maafa memorial service. Activities continue on Saturday with a downtown parade and festival on Tappan Square.
